    Noise:
    Parties are not allowed on the premises. For the enjoyment of all others, we require guests to respect the noise curfew after 10:00 pm. Guest must comply with all directions by management. If management or security is required to visit you due to complaints of excessive noise, a minimum call-out fee of 100AUD will apply. The second incident of noise will result in eviction without a refund.

    We do not take responsibility for any noise from neighboring properties. The NSW Protection of the Environment Operations (Noise Control) Regulation 2017 covers neighborhood noise laws, enforceable by local council and police. This includes time restrictions on power tools and equipment before 8am and after 8pm on weekends and holidays, and before 7am and after 8pm on any other day. This also includes restrictions on musical instruments and electrically amplified sound equipment before 8am and after midnight on Fri, Sat or the day immediately before a public holiday, and before 8am and after 10pm on any other day.
