For this reason the property reserves the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire Schoolies period. Minimum check-in age from November 16th to December 1, 2024 is strictly 21 years old due to the annual School Leavers festival. SECURITY BOND: A pre-authorisation is required to be held on a Credit/Debit card which matches the name on the reservation for security, additional charges may apply for damages or if extra cleaning is required. We require a physical card for the pre authorisation / Security bond to be presented on check-in by the cardholder.
