Kingfisher Passenger and Vehicle Ferry has 4 main services to the resort each day from River Heads and return. This ferry has seating for 220 passengers on two decks with a fully licensed bar and snack food available. The journey takes approximately 50 minutes.
Passenger or 4WD vehicular ferry to Kingfisher Bay Resort, you are advised to arrive at the Mainland Reception River Heads to check-in 40 minutes prior to the ferry departure time. A courtesy shuttle from Mainland Reception to the jetty will leave 10 minutes prior to departure for our walk-on passengers. Self-drivers will be given further instruction by the Reception team

Extra Charges apply for passenger ferry transfers and/or vehicle ferry transfers. Not including in the room/ villa rates unless otherwise stated. The cost of return passenger ferry transfer is based on per person and return vehicle ferry transfer is based on per 4WD vehicle plus 4 passengers and will be charged and payable direct at the resort.
All guests booked through this website will be automatically booked on passenger ferry transfers for a 3.30pm departure from River Heads and 1030 am departure from the resort. To amend passenger ferry booking details or change the booking to a vehicle ferry transfer service ex River Heads, please call 1800 Fraser(372737). If guests did not utilised the service, i.e. own arrangement via Inskip Point, please advise our team at the resort on arrival.
Conventional vehicles can be parked for an additional charge in the adjacent secure car park facility near Kingfisher Bay Resort Mainland Reception. Bookings are highly recommended and can be made directly with our Reservations Team on + 61 7 4194 9300 or 1800 072 555 (within Australia).
Four wheel drive parking is available free of charge within the resort grounds.
Bed types are request only and may not be honoured at the hotel if availability does not permit.
