- all rooms at the Reef Retreat Palm Cove are accessed via stairs, there are no elevators. Depending on which room type you have booked your room may be located on ground, first, second or third floor. Requests for specific floor levels need to be made at the time of booking.
- The Reef Retreat Palm Cove provides self catering accommodation. There is no bar or restaurant on-site, however, there are multiple bars and restaurants within an easy 5 minutes walking distance.
- The Reef Retreat is located at 10-14 Harpa Street Palm Cove. The Reef Retreat Townhouses are located directly opposite the Reef Retreat at 5 Harpa Street Palm Cove.
