MAINTENANCE NOTICE:
Please be advised that Peppers Beach Club Port Douglas will be undergoing a refurbishment of some rooms from November 1st until December 17th 2022
As part of this project, a certified contracting team will have access to the property between the hours of 0700-1800.
Whilst every possible means will be taken to minimise disruption and noise to our guests, there will be times between 0800-1700 Monday to Friday that noise restrictions may be out of our control.
Thank you for your understanding and patience during this period of maintenance.
REFURBISHMENT NOTICE:
As part of the Body Corporates continued commitment to enhance the Resort, we will be undertaking an essential refurbishment of the Formal Pool. During the renovation period, which will commence from 30 October until mid-December, work will be carried out between 9am until 3pm Monday to Friday. As a result there will be construction noise during this period.
We apologise for any inconvenience it may cause and thank you in advance for your understanding and support during the renovation period. Please note that the Lagoon pool and Serenity Pool will be operational as normal.

Captain Cook Highway closed Palm Cove-Port Douglas, 5:30am-5:30pm, June 16th. Alternative route via Mulligan and Kennedy Hwy takes 3.5-4hrs to/from airport. Williams Esplanade & Cedar Road, Palm Cove closed 4am-12pm. If you have any questions regarding the above or your booking prior to Sunday 16 June 2024, please call 1300 987 604. ROAD WORKS AND HIGHWAY CLOSURE:
Due to necessary road repairs, a section of the Captain Cook Highway between the Rex Lookout and Turtle Cove, Wangetti, will be closed to all traffic from 15 May - 22 July 2024 between 9pm - 4am, weather and construction conditions permitting. Traffic will be let through the roadworks site from both ends at 11pm and 1.30am. Full closures will occur on the nights of Sunday 19 May and Monday 20 May where the scope of works will mean traffic CANNOT be let through. The Department of Transport and Main Roads anticipates further full closure dates may be required. The dates of full closures are dependent on progress of works, weather, materials supply, and construction conditions.
No night works will occur on the following dates:
24 May - 26 May – Road will remain open for Port Douglas Carnivale1 June, 8 June, 15 June (Road will remain open to allow access ahead of the Ironman event), 16 June (Changed traffic conditions and closures will be in place.)
Works will resume 17 June, 22 June, 29 June and 6 July 2024.
