Check in time is from 3.00pm on the day of arrival however should you require early access to your accommodation every effort will be made to meet your request. Check out time is 11.00am; a later check out may be arranged via the Front Desk for an additional fee per hour until 2pm subject to availability and a full day will be charged thereafter also subject to our room availability.
Upon check-in, the following will be required:
•Valid photo ID
•Valid Credit Card
Fraser Suites Sydney is now a cashless property, all payments will be required via a valid credit or debit card only.
A 1.3% processing fee will be levied on accounts settled by credit or debit card; the fee is levied on the total invoice amount.
***Effective 1st June 2024, a surcharge of 2.5% applies on American Express and Diners cards and a 1.5% surcharge on Visa and Mastercard applies on all charges.***
Cancellation
Flexible cancellation: The hotel will allow cancellations up until 3pm, 24 hours prior to your booked arrival date. Cancellations received after this time will be charged the first nights room rate.
Non refundable cancellation : Cancellations will not be permitted. Bookings will be charged in full in the event of cancellation or early departure.
Smoking Policy
Fraser Suites Sydney is a 100% non-smoking property. A charge of A$250 applies to any guests smoking within our hotel premises.
Bed types are request only and may not be honoured at the hotel if availability does not permit.
