Jetstar Transit Rewards @ Changi

Eligibility

Receive a Changi Recommends Voucher worth S$20 when you transit through Singapore Changi Airport on Jetstar* on a return journey.

• Passengers must be on transit in Changi Airport on both legs of their journey, which means that Singapore is neither the point of origin nor the end destination. A passenger is only eligible if at least one of the two transit durations is less than 24 hours after arriving in Changi Airport. This is calculated from the Scheduled Time of Arrival (STA) of the arriving flight to Changi Airport to the Scheduled Time of Departure (STD) of the connecting departure flight out of Changi Airport.
• All eligible travel must be issued within one (1) flight itinerary.
• Passengers must be above 2 years old at the point of ticket issuance and have their own seat, which means that their seat is not shared with their parent/guardian.
• Passengers’ flight itineraries must be issued on Jetstar* or by authorised travel agencies/online travel portals. Passengers must travel on flights operated by Jetstar* both in and out of Changi Airport.
• The Changi Recommends Voucher can only be claimed once, on either leg of the passenger’s transit through Singapore Changi Airport.
• For bookings with multiple passengers under the same booking reference number, all passengers must collect their vouchers at the same time in one (1) transaction at the iShopChangi counter.

Other Terms and Conditions

• The campaign is effective for transit (through Singapore) passengers with flight itineraries booked between 8 June 2018 and 28 February 2019, both dates inclusive, and whose departure date from point of origin is between 8 June 2018 and 31 March 2019, both dates inclusive. 
• The Changi Recommends Voucher is valid till 31 March 2019.
• The Changi Recommends Voucher is valid only for the passenger’s current trip. Retrospective collection for past trips or advance redemption for future trips will not be entertained. 
• Passengers will be required to present all flight itineraries that show the transit journey (both legs) in Changi Airport on Jetstar* and Passport to the iShopChangi counter.
• The iShopChangi counter staff reserves the right to reject the collection for reasons including but not restricted to insufficient supporting documents. 

Voucher Terms and Conditions

• Voucher is for one time usage only.
• Voucher is only applicable in Terminal 1 Transit Area and is limited to 1 voucher per transaction unless otherwise stated. 
• Voucher is only valid with a valid Jetstar Boarding Pass and passport.
• Voucher is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, vouchers and (or) offers unless otherwise stated.
• Voucher is in Singapore dollars and is not exchangeable for cash or refundable.
• Voucher is valid for the total purchase of merchandise up to the value indicated and must be fully utilised in one payment at one participating outlet. Any unused balance shall be forfeited.
• In cases of flight changes or cancellations where a passenger is no longer transiting through Changi Airport; Jetstar, Changi Recommends and Changi Airport Group reserve the right to cancel this voucher.

How to receive the Changi Recommends Voucher

• Collection is at the iShopChangi counter located in Terminal 1 transit area (refer to map)
• All the flight itineraries (either in hardcopy or softcopy) that show, as proof, the journey with transits (on both legs) in Changi Airport
• Passport

The iShopChangi counter can be found near the GST refund counter at Terminal 1 Departure/Transit. Upon disembarking from your arriving flight, look for the directional signs leading to the GST counter. Do collect your Changi Recommends Voucher from the iShopChangi counter at least one hour before your next departure.
