Flying with Jetstar in the new travel era
Check out our Fly Well program
Our Fly Well program is designed to improve safety and help you feel comfortable about flying again. Learn about the changes to the way you’ll fly here.
Check the latest travel restrictions
Visit government travel advisories for all destinations in your itinerary – including connections – to ensure you meet the latest entry and departure requirements for each one, as quarantine restrictions may apply.
Other COVID-related updates can be found on our Travel alerts page and IATA Travel Centre page.
Choose your seat
Learn how we keep you safe, even if someone is sitting next to you.
Pre-book food and drinks for your flight
Pre-order your meals and drinks from our new menu up to 24 hours before you depart, and minimise contact on board.
Do I have to check in online?
As part of our Fly Well program, we have disabled online check-in, to allow our staff to check passengers’ essential travel documents. Make sure you check with the relevant authorities to ensure you are eligible to travel or transit before you fly, as restrictions apply.
Pre-purchase checked baggage
If you think your carry-on bags will exceed the 7kg limit, we suggest you pre-purchase checked baggage. It's cheaper and easier: simply print a bag tag at an airport kiosk and take your bag to the bag drop.
