4.1 The requirements for completion of a successful booking for each Jetstar Group airline are governed by the respective Conditions of Carriage of each Jetstar Group airline.

5.1 This web site may contain links to, or frame, web sites of third parties ("external sites"). Jetstar Airways and the Jetstar Group are not required to maintain or update the links. Your access to and use of external sites is subject to that external site’s terms and conditions of use.
5.2 Links to external sites are provided for your convenience only and Jetstar Airways and the Jetstar Group are not responsible for any information, materials, products or services posted or offered at any of these external sites. Links to, or framing of, external sites should not be construed as any endorsement, approval, recommendation or preference by Jetstar Airways or by the Jetstar Group of the owners or operators of the external sites, or for any information, products or services referred to on the external sites unless expressly indicated on this web site.
5.3 Jetstar Airways and the Jetstar Group make no warranties and accept no liability in relation to material contained on any external sites.

(a) Jetstar Airways and the Jetstar Group will not be liable for disruptions to this web site; and
(b) Jetstar Airways and the Jetstar Group are not liable to you or anyone else if interference with or damage to
your computer systems occurs in connection with use of this web site or an external site. You must take your own precautions to ensure that whatever you select for use from this web site is free of viruses or anything else that may interfere with or damage the operation of your computer systems;
(c) To the extent permitted by law in any applicable jurisdiction and subject to Clause 9 below, Jetstar Airways and the Jetstar Group are not liable for any loss or claim of any kind (including, without limitation, any consequential, indirect, special or economic loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity and loss of contract), arising from or in connection with the use of this website, save to the extent that such loss or claim arises directly from Jetstar Airways’ or the Jetstar Group’s breach of these Terms, the applicable law, negligence or wilful misconduct.
9. Consumer protection laws

10. Use of and linking to the Jetstar web site
10.1 You must not link to this web site without obtaining the prior written approval of Jetstar Airways.
10.2 You agree to use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Jetstar Airways does not permit you to use any automated screen capture or screen scraping technologies to obtain price or other information from this site without the prior written approval of Jetstar Airways. Further, use of any such technologies to obtain information from this site without the prior written approval of Jetstar Airways may be an infringement of Jetstar Airways or the Jetstar Group’s' intellectual property rights.
10.3 The carriage of passengers, baggage and cargo by air is subject to the Conditions of Carriage and applicable regulations of the relevant Jetstar Group carrier.
11. Severance
11.1 If any provision of these Terms is found by any court or other authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall, to the extent required, be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make its valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms. Any modification or severance of any provision under this clause 11 shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the balance of these Terms.
