These are our payment options for payments made in Singapore Dollars (SGD). For payment in other currencies, different payment options are available.

Credit, debit or charge card

We accept international Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, JCB and UATP cards. A Booking and Service Fee will apply.

UnionPay

You can also pay for your Jetstar flights using UnionPay. When you choose this option, you'll be redirected to the UnionPay website. A Booking and Service fee per passenger per flight will apply.

Card foreign transaction fee

Your credit or debit card payments may be processed outside the country where you purchased your booking. The bank that issued your card may identify your credit or debit card payment as a foreign transaction and charge you a fee. For further information, please contact your bank.

Apple Pay

You can use Apple Pay to make payments for Jetstar bookings using the wallet on your Apple device. When you choose the Apple Pay option on the payments page, you’ll need to select the card type linked to your Apple Pay account – current options are Mastercard and Visa debit and credit cards, and American Express. When you have chosen the card type you would like to use, ‘Continue with Apple Pay’ to make your payment. A Booking and Service fee will apply.

Alipay

If you have a bank account issued in mainland China, you can pay for your Jetstar flights using Alipay opens in new window. When you choose this option, you'll be redirected to the Alipay site or app. A Booking and Service fee per passenger per flight will apply.

Alipay is available in the following currencies: Chinese yuan (CNY), US dollars (USD), Australian dollars (AUD), Hong Kong dollars (HKD), Singapore dollars (SGD) and Japanese yen (JPY).

Jetstar voucher

Vouchers issued by Jetstar can be used for part or full payment of your fare. For the full Terms and Conditions of your voucher, please refer to the pdf voucher in your email. No Booking and Service Fee applies.

If there’s a remaining balance, you must pay this with another voucher or by credit, debit or charge card or eNETS on jetstar.com or the Jetstar app. A Booking and Service Fee will apply.

UOB card members can also redeem a SGD $50 Jetstar eVoucher with for every $UNI 4,000. eVoucher Terms and Conditions apply.

eNETS

With eNETS, you can pay online using your internet banking account. A Booking and Service Fee will apply.

Participating banks include: DBS, POSB, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered, and UOB.

When you choose to make a purchase using eNETS, you’ll be redirected away from the Jetstar website.

SingPost

You can pay for your booking at SingPost (Post Office, SAM Kiosk, SAM Web and Mobile opens in new window) in Singapore. No Booking and Service Fee applies for SingPost payments.

Offline payments via SingPost are available for bookings made at least 5 days before your departure date. If you’d like to book a flight within the next 5 days, you’ll need to use another payment option.

You must complete your payment within 48 hours of booking, or your booking will be cancelled. Please allow 48 hours for the confirmed itinerary to be sent to you once payment is made.

PayPal

PayPal is available if your (first) flight is operated by Jetstar Airways (JQ) or Jetstar Asia (3K). If you choose to pay with PayPal, you’ll be redirected to the PayPal website. A Booking and Service Fee will apply.

Airport payments

To reduce contact and help get you on your way quicker, we prefer tap-and-go payments for any airport transactions (eg. excess baggage fees). Tap-and-go is fee-free.

In-flight purchases

To make in-flight purchases on any Jetstar Airways (JQ) flight, you’ll need a physical credit card or a digital wallet. These can be used to buy food and drinks on board, or to pre-purchase meals, snacks or an in-flight voucher. In-flight payment options may vary for Jetstar Asia (3K) and Jetstar Japan (GK).
