Your health and safety is our highest priority. Our Fly Well program is a series of new and existing wellbeing improvements designed to improve safety and help you feel comfortable about flying again.

Pre-flight

Social distancing is recommended throughout the airport.

Onboard the plane

Face masks may be required at some airport terminals and on board, depending on government requirements. Please bring your own mask if required.

A sanitising wipe is available upon request.

Enhanced cleaning. We’ve adopted even higher standards of cleaning on board, with a disinfectant effective against coronaviruses and a focus on frequently touched surfaces. Our team members are trained in the latest hygiene protocols

Quality air filtration: The air conditioning systems of all Jetstar aircraft are already fitted with hospital-grade HEPA filters, which remove 99.9% of all particles including viruses. The air inside the cabin is also refreshed every few minutes, ensuring the highest possible quality of cabin air.

Configuration of the aircraft: The seats and galley act as a natural barrier and people are not seated face-to-face.
