Jetstar kiosks are a great alternative to the check-in counter if you’re on an Australia, New Zealand or Jetstar Japan (GK) domestic flight; or selected Jetstar Asia (3K) flights out of Singapore.

You can print your boarding pass at one of our kiosks and if you’re travelling with checked baggage, your baggage tags too.

Airport kiosk locations

Australia

Melbourne (Tullamarine), Sydney, Gold Coast, Brisbane (international only), Hobart, Perth, Adelaide and Cairns.

Brisbane Airport changes: The domestic terminal has moved to online check-in. For more info, see Brisbane Airport upgrades.

New Zealand

Auckland, Christchurch and Wellington.

Japan

Tokyo (Narita), Osaka (Kansai), Sapporo, Fukuoka, Okinawa (Naha), Nagoya (Chubu), Oita, Kagoshima, Matsuyama,Takamatsu, Kumamoto, Miyazaki, Nagasaki, Kochi, Miyako (Shimojishima).

On all domestic and international flights departing from Japan, if you have already checked in and selected your boarding pass, you can no longer reprint a boarding pass at an airport kiosk. You’ll need to see a Jetstar team member at the airport for help.

Singapore

For check-in information, see Changi Airport website.

Additional check-in and boarding information

Please make sure you arrive at the airport with plenty of time to check in, print your boarding pass before check-in closes, and clear security.

Remember, if you’re not at the boarding gate on time, you won’t be able to board the flight and you may lose your fare in full. Please see: When do I need to get to the airport?
